Every Period
Deserves Dignity

Providing menstrual products, underwear, education, and practical support to women and girls in underserved communities.

Give Dignity

What We Do

Provide. Educate. Restore Dignity.

Three commitments guide our work:
meet the need, share knowledge, and honor the woman or girl receiving care.

Provide

Put everyday essentials within reach so a period does not interrupt daily life.

Educate

Make room for clear answers, body awareness, and questions without shame.

Restore Dignity

Offer care with respect, so asking for help never means giving up dignity.

Why Puah?

Puah and Shiphrah were midwives in Exodus who feared God and protected life in the face of danger. Puah’s Daughters carries that same spirit of care to women and girls today.

Why It Matters

Dignity should
never be a luxury.

A 2024 WHO/UNICEF global report found that only 39% of schools provide menstrual health education, and just 31% have bins for menstrual waste in girls’ toilets. Products, knowledge, and safe facilities all matter when managing a period with dignity.
